Note: This application is a media player only. It does not include any pre-loaded channels or content. You must provide your own service credentials.
1. Installation by Platform
Depending on your hardware, the installation process varies slightly:
- Android & iOS: Search for "IPTV Smarters Pro" directly in the Google Play Store or Apple App Store.
- Firestick/Android TV: Use the
Downloaderapp. Enable "Apps from Unknown Sources" in your settings and enter the official APK download URL. - Windows/Mac: Download the
.exeor.dmgfile from the official IPTV Smarters website.
2. Configuring the Xtream Codes API
The Xtream Codes API is the most stable way to connect. Once you open the app, select "Login with Xtream Codes API" and enter the following:
- Any Name: A label for the connection (e.g., "Home Stream").
- Username: Provided by your service provider.
- Password: Your unique subscription password.
- URL: The server address, usually formatted as
http://address.com:8080.
3. Optimization for Smooth Playback
To reduce buffering, navigate to Settings > Stream Format and ensure it is set to .ts or m3u8 depending on your provider's recommendation. Additionally, enabling "Hardware Decoding" in the player settings can significantly reduce CPU load on older Firestick models.
